The way I do this is by generating a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) report, which will show you a range of prices being paid for homes in your area, and the interpetation and analysis of that information and a review of the current market conditions in your neighbourhood.You can complete my online form to get a feel for your home's market value. But for a more comprehensive evaluation I will arrange to preview your home first and note any and all improvements, overall condition and location and then prepare the evaluation and set up an appointment to review and discuss the market evaluation at your convenience.
